ONGC-CSR ASSESSMENT CAMPS BEING ORGANIZED BY ALIMCO AT BARODA (GUJARAT) ON 23rd & 24th AUGUST 2013 FOR PERSONS-WITH-DISABILITIES (PwDs) IN THE DISTRICT

The grand Assessment Camps on 23rd- 24th August 2013 at VODODARA ( Gujarat) are being organized by ALIMCO with the support of District Administration  under the ONGC ( A Maharatna CPSU of Govt. of India)'s CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiative on PAN India Basis, for Free Distribution of Aid and Appliances to persons-with-disabilities (PwDs).

All those PwDs of the Vadodara District who have not received any aid & appliances or assistive devices in last 03 years from the Central/State Govt./PSUs/ any Central/State Govt. agencies, are requested to reach in maximum numbers at NIZAMPURA, BLIND SCHOOL, VADODARA (GUJARAT) on 23rd August 2013 ( for City Area PwDs) and 24th August 2013 ( for Rural Area PwDs) between 10 AM Morning to 5 PM evening for their REGISTRATION and ASSESSMENT for FREE DISTRIBUTION of Aid & Appliances under ONGC's CSR Scheme.

They are required to carry with them the following documents for registration and Assessment.
1. Address Proof  2. Disability Certificate issued by District/State authorities. 3. Income Certificate 4. 02 nos self photograph showing disabilities.

Aid & Appliances that will be recommended by ALIMCO's Prosthetic & Orthotics Specialists Team depending on the type disabilities are Tricycles, Wheelchairs, Crutches, hearing aid, braille kit, braille slate, MR Kit, artificial limbs, rollators, blind cane, walking sticks etc.
